Uncle Leo’s Den is the brain child of Leonard ("Leo") Wang. Leo, in a previous reincarnation, was an attorney in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement. There, he investigated shenanigans in the stock markets and problems in corporate America. Over the years, he pursued a variety of liars and cheats, firms gone wild, and companies behaving badly. After retiring from the SEC, Leo was faced with the limitations of daytime TV, and launched Uncle Leo’s Den to stave off brain death. Leo is the author-in-chief and webmaster of Uncle Leo's Den (including its blog, Uncle Leo Rumbles, at http://blogger.uncleleosden.com), and works closely with the Editor (see Leo receiving editorial guidance).
